A star teachers are currently recruiting on behalf of a primary school based in Croydon who are seeking a year 4 teacher to start working from the summer term.
This role is scheduled to start straight after Easter and is a long term role until the end of the academic year. Due to the nature of the role applicants must be seeking long term work and be able to commit to the role in its entirety. You must be able to interview immediately.
All applicants must have a minimum of one years' experience working in a year 4 class, and have a good understanding of the national curriculum. At this stage the school are reviewing applications only from UK QTS holders.
The year 4 class consists of 25 lively children from all different learning abilities. You will have a permanent TA working with you for 3 days during the week.
The staff are welcoming and supportive. The school is well known in the community and works hard to maintain a good relationship with all parents and guardians respectively.
The schools most recent Ofsted report was marked 'good' with the SLT working towards making improvements throughout the school to transition to 'outstanding'. The school has a rich curriculum with a range of extra-curricular activities being introduced across the primary school. Outdoor learning is hugely encouraged during spring and summer to engage young minds and motivate them with different learning techniques.
The school is located a short walk from a main train station and provides onsite car parking for staff members.
