Job Description

A two-form entry primary school based in Islington, require two exception KS1 teachers to teach a Year 4 and Year 5 class. This role is full time long term contract with the view to turning permanent from September.

The school mainly serves families from the local parish of the same name and there are strong links with the parish church. It is very well led and managed. The headteacher's determined leadership of this Catholic community is ably supported by the senior leadership team and governors.

Pupils behave well and really appreciate the school's warm family atmosphere.

We are welcoming applications from experienced teachers who can deliver outstanding classroom practice, set high standards and enable the children to achieve at a level above their expectations.

Applicants will need to be fully qualified to teach to primary school level in the UK and must have achieved QTS.
The role will be subject to references and a DBS check as part of our strict policy on safeguarding children.
