This role is for an on going contract starting immediately. The role is initially on a 6 months basis after which the vacancy will be reviewed. It is highly likely that the role will become permanent for the right candidate.
All applicants must be familiar with the national curriculum or experience with a similar curriculum from overseas. As the school would like the candidate to start ASAP all applicants must be available either immediately or have a short notice period.
Although the school would like a QTS teacher, they are happy to consider strong candidates who are newly qualified teachers. All applicant must have at least one years experience within a similar environment.
The school is located in London and has an on site car park for anyone who prefers private transport. The school is however located centrally so it is easily accessible for any anyone who would like to travel by public transport.
The head teacher is a dedicated teaching professional with over 15 years teaching experience within the UK. She firmly believes in supporting the development and growth of both the children and the teachers equally. Therefore you will be working in a very supportive environment with a lot of focus on growth and development of your own career as well. She requires that the candidate be a positive thinker, be firm but fun. The candidate will want to have want to have a positive impact on the academic growth of the children. They will ultimately be a forward thinking teacher.
The school are offering a competitive daily rate, and should the position become permanent they will be offering a very attractive salary.
All applicants must have proof of a valid DBS or the willingness to apply for one. They must also have a valid right to work in the UK. For any over seas teachers an overseas police check is essential.
