Basic Salary: 28-40K plus bonus (existing desk) Annual leave 22 days plus bank holidays and one day for your birthday. Contributory pension and season ticket loans. Working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri. Excellent bonus scheme based on revenue generation.
The Role: A*Star Teachers is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our successful team and be part of its further growth.
This is a new perms desk currently with several clients but the brief is very much to generate new business with development skills and proactive approach - building your desk as you go along.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Generating new business through speculative and cold calls
*Matching candidates to job roles
*Interviewing and registering candidates
*Providing interview and CV advice
*Managing all associated administration
*The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience in a recruitment role
*Strong sales background
*Focused relationship building qualities
