This is is a long term and on going role so you will need to be seeking long term or permanent placements.
The successful candidate will have at least a years experience in EYFS. The candidate will need to be passionate about their role as well as creative and engaging. It is essential that they are able to form a bond with the children and have the ability to engage the young minds from very early on.
The school are currently trialling a richer curriculum with a strong encouragement and emphasis on non conventional teaching styles such as out door learning. The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt to this as well as be willing to put forward their own ideas of more innovate learning and teaching styles.
In return the candidate will be part of a very committed school with a strong SLT. There will be CPD opportunities available if the candidate requires. The school are also offering an attractive daily rate of up to £180 for the right candidate.
