It is essential the candidate is fully fluent with SIMS systems, and has experience working in a busy London Secondary school. There will be no time to train a candidate up in SIMs operation; with this in mind you must be able to cope right from the start with the rigours of data handling and management from academic and attainment through to pastoral information.
The inclusive nature of the school reflects the richness of the varied communities within which it is set, and the school's data is a crucial component in helping Teaching staff to guarantee progress of all pupils from very wide ranges of both Academic and Social backgrounds.
The school is in a campus style green site, and offers a very cohesive and supportive management structure, excellent facilities and easy access to Central and North London. The school is very large and the site is a large area, and as such the Attendance and Welfare officer is required to be hands on and able to hit the ground running
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
