I both have a BA and Masters in drama. But, without a PGCE I have been unable to find enough work. A* Star Teachers recognised this, and found me a long term placement as a TA.
This allows me not only to observe other teachers at work, but also to gain valuable knowledge and experience before I start my training to become a qualified teacher.
