In between taking up an International posting and finishing my Headship position in New Zealand I was looking for a leadership position in the UK.
'A Star Teachers' worked harder than any other agency and found me a headship consultancy at a North London Comprehensive School, UK, advising the Head and her team in a number of matters.
I found the experience professionally very self-fulfilling and although London schools certainly opened my eyes, I could not have been better looked after by Dave and his team. I have now moved onto a Directorship of a British International School and this was awarded in part at least due to the fantastic experiences I had in the 14 weeks. I would recommend this experience for any Kiwi heads making a similar transition.
