Year 4 teacher needed in Islington

A* Teachers has a Primary School in the borough of Islington looking for a Year 4 Teacher ASAP.

Most of the students are very lively and above the national average in academic ability. The Head Teacher is seeking an enthusiastic, energy driven person to take on this role.

Successful Primary Teacher would need to show :

- Strong willingness to work and get involved
- Friendliness and enthusiasm
- Caring attitude towards the children
- Good knowledge of general UK Curriculum
- Good Behaviour Management skill
- UK experience is necessary!

The position is initially for one month as a replacement for a teacher on sick leave, but may extend to long-term as a long-term vacancy is coming up in April 2012.

Candidates must:

* be familiar with the National Curriculum or similar curriculum from overseas
* be seeking long-term, permanent or daily work
* have the right to work in the UK
* have recognised teaching qualifications
* have at least two educational references
* have an overseas police check (if applicable)
* have a current CRB or willingness to undertake one
