A* Star Teachers are currently looking for a committed, professional and dynamic teacher to work in our specialist Education recruitment team in our office in Finsbury Park London.

Our agency is owned and run by teachers and we believe that teachers know best how to match a great teacher to a school they'll love.

We supply qualified teachers to primary and secondary schools as well as nurseries on both a temporary and permanent basis.

If you have education recruitment experience this will be an advantage, however this is not essential. Recruitment from any background will be considered. More importantly you must possess the following skills/attributes:

* Experience teaching in London
* Confident and professional sales approach
* Highly motivated and driven to make money
* Passion for achieving consistent results
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Desire to build a successful career as our client does prefer growing organically

This opportunity requires a candidate who is able to identify, develop and manage excellent client and candidate relationships.

We are looking for someone with a passion for education, who is motivated to exceed targets and provide schools and candidates with the best possible service.

The role of a consultant is varied and you will need to be organised, proactive and persistent in your approach. You will be working in a fast paced can do environment, where the ability to prioritise is essential. Sales activity is integral to the role and involves both telephone and face to face sales.
