Geography Teacher in Wandsworth

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Geography teacher in a Wandsworth School.

Our client school is looking for a Geography Teacher for a maternity cover starting immediately.
Although, they cannot confirm, there may be a possibility of the position extending to a long-term placement.

The school gives scope for fresh ideas, is welcoming and the staff are well-supported.
A recent Ofsted report graded the school as 'Good with Outstanding features' and the next Ofsted is due in 2013.

Behaviour in the school is good and last year it had 70% A-Cs.
There are excellent ICT facilities and opportunities for excursions.

The suitable teacher will have some UK experience although excellent-referenced NQTs will be considered.

Candidates must:

* be familiar with the National Curriculum or similar curriculum from overseas
* be seeking long-term, permanent or daily work
* have the right to work in the UK
* have recognised teaching qualifications
* have at least two educational references
* have an overseas police check (if applicable)
* have a current CRB or willingness to undertake one
